2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
4 tbsp butter
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp garlic salt
Place flour, baking powder, and salt into medium mixing bowl. cut in 4 tbsp butter with pastry blender or fork. Quickly stir in milk and cheese. Do not over mix! (Ten stokes is all) Drop by tbp onto greased baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and garlic salt. Bakes 12-- 15 minutes at 400 degrees. These are best served hot.
