Cocotte Meal

In a Ramkinar Cocotte,
  • fill bottom with 2-1 1/2 tbs tomatoe sauce
  • slice of ham same width as ramikim
  • one or two eggs
  • salt /pepper
  • swiss cheese shredded
  • on pan 1/2 inch of water on bottom of pan
  • put in oven 350 degrees until golden brown on top
  • serve with finger length toast
